He has designed and led experiential team building, leadership, and ropes course programs for thousands of people, ranging from corporate groups, sports teams, leadership programs, men's and women's groups, youth and teens at risk.
His workshops are powerful experiences that open people to seeing their own and others' potential and to changing the way they interact with the world around them.
Tom is a dynamic and passionate leader who teaches people to dance through their fears and limitations. Anita K. Costa

After spending 15 years in Biotech in the Bay Area, Anita realized that her passion was people. What got them excited about who they were and what they could do. How did they express who they were; were they doing what they loved doing and even more importantly, how did they show love to the world?
After being certified as a Co-active Professional Coach in 2001, Anita experienced experiential training through the Next Level. She quickly realized that this was a perfect complement to her coaching. Her coaching had evolved, in the interim, to how people are leaders in their own lives and how they bring their unique gifts to their relationships, their work environment and their communities. She became a trained Ropes Course Facilitator in 2006. Anita has co-led Leadership and Coaching courses in California, Norway, Scotland and South Africa. She is also a Relationship Coach and has worked with relationships, business partnerships and teams.
Anita grew up in South Africa. She now resides in Danville, California and is a mom to three great kids. She is an avid skier, cyclist, jogger and scuba-diver. Her other languages are German and Afrikaans.

Ken Mossman brings three decades of leadership experience across a breadth of industries and locales - from steep, snowy, western mountainsides and suburban fitness centers to public coach-training courses and corporate training rooms - to his work.
In his work as a coach, Ken's clients are primarily Fathers, particularly those who recognize that being a winning executive, a solid leader and a great dad needn't be mutually exclusive. His "Business Dad" clients have come from such diverse fields as IT, finance, energy, engineering, real estate, arts and the military. He also works with "Creative Cliff-Jumpers," including film makers, actors, writers, musicians and visual artists. Ken's passion for coaching and teaching, his eclectic work and life experiences, to say nothing of his creative way of seeing the world, add up to a leadership style that is lively, intuitive, eccentric, fun and more than slightly irreverent. He lives with his wife and son - and an expanding quiver of guitars - in Upstate New York.
He holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation, and completed coursework in Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching with The Center for Right Relationship of Benicia, CA. He is a certified administrator of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Culture Survey.

Rebecca is Tom's eldest daughter and grew up playing in the trees, tying knots and seeking adventure on long family backpacking trips. She has more then 7 years experience as a ropes course facilitator with The Next Level. When not working with groups at the ropes course, Rebecca has worked as a sexual assault crisis counselor, a school counseling intern and a very grumpy diner waitress. She is currently pursuing her masters in social work at UC Berkeley.
