We were designing a 5-day interactive leadership program and we knew it needed some exciting and challenging exercises.  We were delivering the program at the Esalen Institute so we wanted it to be special. The key idea we wanted the participants to get was the importance of allies and we knew that Tom could help us get this point across in a very real way. He's so talented at having people get the learning in their bodies -- not just their heads. It was great to have a few conversations with Tom who "got it" right away - he understood what we were trying to do and helped us get the results we wanted. It was well worth the investment and helped our participants to reach a new "aha!" We will definitely use Tom's services again.

The workshop was a smashing success and it was because of your brilliant consultation!! We simplified, pared down restructured the design, and re-worked/deepened our stake and outcomes.
